Randstad is seeking a bilingual employment lawyer to join its Canadian legal team as Employment Counsel & Privacy Officer. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will join a hybrid working environment in either Montreal or Toronto and will be comfortable working in both official languages. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience advising management-side clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including litigation, employment standards, occupational health and safety, workplace investigations and human rights, as well as experience advising on privacy matters. Prior experience as a privacy officer would be considered a strong asset.
This role with suit an ambitious and solutions-oriented lawyer with strong communication skills and will offer the opportunity to build your management skills.
