Brunner & Lundy is looking to add a litigation associate to our team. We are recognized as leading professional liability, construction, and insurance lawyers. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of civil litigation experience preferably in the professional negligence space.
This role balances having carriage of your own litigation files from inception to trial with assisting senior lawyers with their matters.
Requirements
In addition to being a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario, to excel in this role you must:
- possess excellent writing, research and advocacy skills;
- have above-average academic credentials and references;
- communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
- be able to manage your own caseload from inception to trial.
The role allows for a flexible work schedule, with the option of working from home periodically. We offer excellent benefits in addition to our base salary.
