This project is designed to serve unrepresented, low-income Albertans in their complaints before the Human Rights Commission.  Under the supervision of PBLA, student volunteers serve Albertans who need assistance with the complaints process.  PBSC volunteers interview potential clients and prepare a brief outline of the issues for PBLA.  PBLA then finds lawyers through their Volunteer Lawyer Services roster to take charge of the files and direct the students in legal research relating to the file.
