The Ontario Bar Association congratulates the Honourable Sébastien Grammond on his appointment to the Federal Court. Mr. Justice Grammond was one of four recipients of the 2017 OBA President's Award, for his outstanding contributions to the landmark case First Nations Child and Family Caring Society of Canada et al v Attorney General of Canada (for the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development Canada).
