This week the OBA introduced its new Mentorship Program, intended to connect members from across the province with the use of an easy-to-use online tool.
Working with a powerful matching interface from Mentorloop, members can enroll through a convenient three-step process and choose to register as a mentor, mentee, or both. Once a profile is customized and complete, it is automatically submitted to the Mentorship Program Coordinator for verification and members are free to begin the matching process.
Mentees can benefit from this opportunity to form successful mentoring relationships that can enhance their career, enable them to network and receive valuable practice and career advice.
