Inequality

TIME TO PUT CERTAIN BELIEFS IN THE PAST

A survey of more than 300 high-level executives from around the world – 68 percent of women executives believe women’s contributions are undervalued by men; 47 percent believe their careers would have been more successful if they were men.

What’s more, 42 percent of these women executives agree with the statement that women need to act more like men in order to succeed in business.

We all know that the same can be said with leading women lawyers. This is probably a big reason why only aroud four percent of women lawyers are partners compared to more than 12 percent of male lawyers.n  As a society, we’ve made a lot of strides when it comes to gender equality, but we still have a lot of work left to do.

Inequality has no role in our profession.
