The wife sought temporary orders for the production of the hard drive to her husband's personal computer for imaging. "The evidence and documentation that has been produced support that the husband has not been candid about his home computer. The wife's proposal that a lawyer be retained to act as an independent counsel to parse any matters of solicitor and client privilege is a reasonable one. The hard drive of the husband's home computer shall be produced for imaging and delivered to Stacie Glazman to parse any matters of solicitor and client privilege. The remaining contents shall then be delivered to the wife's solicitor." (para 41)
