The Guidelines to determine the mode of proceedings in Criminal, Family & Civil, effective April 19, 2022, set out the presumptive methods of attendance for events in the Superior Court of Justice. While the Guidelines set out the presumptive method of attendance, the final determination of how the event will proceed will remain subject to the discretion of the Court.
