On Thursday, October 15, the province launched a COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate Verification App (the “App”). The App, for businesses and organizations, will make it easier, more secure and more convenient for individuals to provide proof of vaccination status when required. Individuals will now be able to download an enhanced vaccine certificate, which will include a QR code that the App will be able to scan to confirm vaccination status.
