Ontario Bar Association congratulates Vivene Salmon on her recent appointment as CBA Vice President

The Canadian Bar Association has appointed long-time OBA member and committed volunteer Vivene Salmon as the new CBA Vice-President for the 2018-2019 term. 

Ms. Salmon is currently the Assistant Vice-President, Compliance, at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and was elected to the CBA Board of Directors in 2017.  She began her time with the OBA in 2010 in the Young Lawyers Division and has since been an active and valuable participant in several OBA Sections and working groups, including International Law, Business, CCCA, Challenges Faced By Racialized Licensees Working Group, and the Mentorship Program.  She brings with her a unique combination of experiences from having worked in both private and public sectors, as well as from her time working outside of the legal profession.
