Although the Court will begin to reopen for in-person hearings, all applications for judicial review and all general sittings will be scheduled to be heard remotely via Zoom or teleconference. Subject to evolving developments, parties may request in-person hearings at the Federal Court, and “hybrid hearings” are also possible (these hearings involve the judge and one or more counsel in the hearing room, with other parties/witnesses participating via Zoom).
