At the same time, we prioritize lawyers' wellness and we hope that sharing at least two minutes of mindfulness or humour can help.

For lawyers looking to connect with colleagues and stay healthy too during this challenging time, consider joining the OBA’s 30-Day Fitness Challenge. With a focus on fitness, nutrition and activity, participants will be part of an online community, supporting one another with regular workouts, nutrition tips, healthy recipes and fun. The challenge started April 1st, but you can join any time between April 1st and April 30th.
