We are currently seeking a dynamic Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our Business Succession and Estate Planning team. As part of our firm, you will have the opportunity to actively engage in challenging files, allowing you to develop your skills while benefiting from the guidance of seasoned legal experts.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Wills and Estates law and will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to clients on estate planning and administration matters.
Requirements:
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Dedication to delivering exceptional client service
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Proficiency in legal research and the Microsoft Office Suite
