OBA Successfully Advocates for Solution to Hare Decision
Since the Hare decision was delivered in Dec. 2006, the OBA has been advocating for the province to close the demand loan loophole. On Oct. 22nd, the province introduced legislation to retroactively protect all demand loans made since Jan. 1, 2004.
