AG Introduces Family Law Reform
Since 2004, the OBA has been working with the province to develop a comprehensive package of family law reform. Members from the Family, ADR, Pensions and Benefits, Trusts and Estates, Health and FLA Sections acted as key advisors to the AG on the legislation that was introduced on Nov. 24th.
