OBA Preparing Response to Trebilcock Legal Aid Report
The Legal Aid Task Force is being reconstituted and would be most interested in feedback from OBA members on the Trebilcock Legal Aid Review Report released on July 25th. Legal Aid Ontario has not provided a reply to the Report and none is expected. There has been no reaction to date by the government to the recommendations within the Report. As such, the OBA feels compelled to provide a comprehensive response to the reccomendations and advice contained in the report.
