The Real Property Section is the voice of the real estate lawyer in Ontario. Through its many initiatives it seeks to address the issues confronting the Bar, strengthen the role of the real estates lawyer in the transaction and ensure the real estate lawyer’s value is recognized and appreciated.
The Real Property Section’s many initiatives seek to advise lawyers of innovations by other parties affecting lawyers, attempt to deal with issues before they negatively affect the lawyer’s practice or to influence change with the Bar’s input.
