Ontario Commercial List Office and Bankruptcy Office now accessible by email!

The offices advise that they can be contacted by email.  The email addresses are:

Toronto.Bankruptcy@jus.gov.on.ca

The Insolvency Law Section is working with both offices and the Commercial List Users Group to clarify the purposes for which email can be used, the status of communications with the offices when an email is sent, and expected response times.  Further information on this will appear on the website and the newsletter soon.
