The Administration department provides services to the President, Table Officers, Executive Committee and Council. It also provides corporate and administrative services to OBA, ALERT and LINK. In addition, Administration takes care of numerous Standing and Special Committees, including Awards and Strategic Planning. Administration is also responsible for OBA personnel matters.

Services:

• Administers meetings of Council, Executive and Table Officers
• Prepares and communicates all notices and materials for those meetings
• Maintains updated lists of Council members
• Reviews and maintains minutes of all meetings
• Tracks expenses and reimbursements
• Administers special functions - Awards dinner, annual judges' reception, etc
• Conducts Executive and Council Elections
• Runs OBA's Annual General Meeting
• Arrange for OBA representation at judicial swearings in
