Any OBA member in good standing is eligible for the award, except for current members of the Executive or Awards Committees. |
| Presentation: |
The award is presented at a lunch during Ontario Bar Association's Annual Institute of Continuing Legal Education held February 5th, 2008. |
| Nomination Procedure: |
A nomination requires the signatures of three OBA members in good standing. To assist the Committee in its selection, please include the nominee's curriculum vitae and supporting letters if possible.
The nominee must be advised by one of the nominators that his or her name has been put forward for this award prior to the nomination deadline.
