| Eligibility: |
Any individual not including current ADR Section Executive Members and the immediate Past Chair, who is an OBA member in good standing. |
| Presentation: |
The award is presented usually at the joint OBA ADR Institute AGM. |
| Nomination Procedure: |
A nomination requires the signature of one OBA member in good standing. To assist the Committee, each nomination shall be accompanied by a one or two page summary of the reasons for the nomination.
The nominee must be advised by one of the nominators that his or her name has been put forward for this award prior to the nomination deadline. |
| Deadline for Applications: |
Nominations and supporting material must be filed with the Nominations Committee of the ADR Section on a deadline to be set each year. |
| Selection Process: |
The nomination committee will review the nominations and make a recommendation to the Section Executive. The final decision shall be made by a majority vote of the Executive at a regular meeting of the Section Executive or at a special meeting of the Executive called for the purpose. |
| Award: |
A plaque is presented to the recipient. |
