Jerry B. Udell was joined by friends, colleagues and family members on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, where he was awarded the OBA Award of Excellence in Real Estate. Attendees enjoyed an exciting evening of networking, food and drink at Twenty Toronto Street Conferences and Events.

The Ontario Bar Association’s Municipal Law Section, presented the Award of Excellence in Municipal Law, to Patrick J. Devine on June 20th, 2017. Friends, family and colleagues gathered at the Royal Canadian Military Institute in Toronto to celebrate Mr. Devine’s significant contributions to the profession.

On June 21, 2017 the OBA Award of Excellence in Insurance Law was proudly presented to Donald H. Rogers of Rogers Partners LPP at the Toronto Eaton Centre Marriott celebrating Donald’s contributions to the profession.

On June 19, 2017 Pamela Snively, Chief Data and Trust Officer at Telus Communications, was awarded with the 2017 Karen Spector Memorial Award for Excellence in Privacy Law at a special award presentation at Twenty Toronto Street Conferences and Events.

On June 14, 2017 the OBA Randall Echlin Mentorship award was proudly presented to Melanie Reist at the Law Society of Upper Canada, Convocation Hall celebrating Melanie’s contributions to the practice of labour and employment law.

The Ontario Bar Association’s Insolvency Law Section, presented the OBA Murray Klein Award for Excellence in Insolvency Law, to Jay A. Swartz on June 5th, 2017. Friends, family and colleagues gathered to celebrate Mr. Swartz significant contributions to the profession.

The Ontario Bar Association’s Public Sector Law Section, presented the OBA Tom Marshall Award for Excellence in Public Sector Law, to Voy T. Stelmaszynski on May 25th, 2017. On June 14th, 2017 the OBA Pensions and Benefits Law Section proudly presented the OBA Award of Excellence in Pensions and Benefits Law to Elizabeth M. Brown. Friends, family and colleagues gathered together to celebrate Ms. Brown’s significant contributions to the profession.

The OBA Construction and Infrastructure Law Section honoured W. Andrew Mclauchlin as the winner of this year’s Award of Excellence in Construction and Infrastructure Law at an award dinner on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the Weston Gold and Country Club.
