In accordance with Section 28 of the OBA By-laws, all members are hereby notified that the Annual Meeting of the Branch is scheduled to take place as follows:

Section 28 of the OBA By-laws requires that amendments approved by the OBA Board of Directors be brought forward to the next Annual Meeting of the Branch.
In the 2017/18 year, the OBA Board of Directors approved the amendments outlined in Schedule "A" hereto.
As a result, the following motion will be presented at the Annual Meeting of the Branch:
WHEREAS the OBA Board of Directors, approved the by-law amendments outlined in Schedule "A" on the date indicated;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The amendments to the OBA By-laws, approved by the OBA Board of Directors, set out in Schedule "A", attached hereto, be and are hereby adopted.
