The Ontario Bar Association congratulates the Honourable David Stewart Rose on his appointment to the Ontario Court of Justice.
Justice Rose has been a long-time member of the Ontario Bar Association, joining before he was called to the bar in 1992.
He has been an active member of the OBA’s Criminal Justice section and at the time of his appointment served on its executive. He has also been a presenter at OBA Institute.
The OBA extends to Justice Rose its sincerest best wishes.
Justice Rose will preside in Newmarket.
