As noted in the Law Times, several OBA members recently participated in The Business Law Agenda Stakeholder Panel providing advice and recommendations as part of the government's review of Ontario's business law statutes. The OBA will also host a Business Law Reform Summit on October 8, 2015 that will allow for additional ideas and views to be presented.
