Join the OBA's Equal Opportunity Committee for an interactive and informative workshop on using and not abusing the Human Rights Code of Ontario. Our workshop will include role plays and scenarios, and participants will work in groups. Participants will be provided with practical tools to ensure compliance with the Human Rights Code and will learn how to avoid human rights complaints from employees and provide better service to clients. This workshop is tailored for the specific needs of lawyers in sole and small firms.
