Human Rights - It's Not Just About Big Firms:
Legal Obligations Within Your Firm and To Clients | May 17, 2011
(Complimentary Diversity Training Workshop for Sole Practitioners and Small Firms)
Join the OBA's Equal Opportunity Committee for an interactive and informative workshop on using and not abusing the Human Rights Code of Ontario. Our workshop will include role plays and scenarios, and participants will work in groups. Participants will be provided with practical tools to ensure compliance with the Human Rights Code and will learn how to avoid human rights complaints from employees and provide better service to clients. This workshop is tailored for the specific needs of lawyers in sole and small firms.
