Contest Rules

This is a contest for the Briefly Speaking Reader Survey, which runs from October 28 to December 16, 2011. All survey respondents must opt in to be entered to win. There is one (1) grand prize to be won. The grand prize consists of one Blackberry 32 GB Playbook with Wi-Fi. The winner will be blindly selected at random by a staff member of the Ontario Bar Association on January 5, 2012.

Eligibility
The contest is only open to members of the Ontario Bar Association who fill out the Briefly Speaking Reader Survey either online or mailed in between October 28, 2011 and December 16, 2011.

Only a completed survey submitted by a survey participant will be eligible for entry into this contest to a maximum of one (1) entry per participant.

Multiple entries by one person may result in disqualification from the contest. Winners must verify identity prior to receiving the prize.

Skill-Testing Requirement
To be eligible to receive the prize from this contest, you must answer the following skill testing question: 250 multiplied by 2, divided by 5, minus 50.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning one of the grand prizes depend on the number of people completing the surveys.

Prize Redemption
The Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail within five (5) business days of the random draw. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted after three (3) business days, or the Prize Winner does not meet the criteria contained in these Rules and Regulations, another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible entry forms.
