The publication includes in-depth feature articles, case commentaries, up-to-date information on legislation and treaties from around the world, practice notes, plus informative display advertising.
The journal is published twice annually. A subscription is included without cost to current CBA International Law Section members. Non-members may order individual subscriptions for a fee. Past issues are also available for purchase. Download the order form, complete and send back to OBA.
