Franchise Law Section

The OBA Franchise Law Section, originally a joint subcommittee of the Business Law and Civil Litigation Sections, was officially created by the OBA Board of Directors on April 28, 2010.   As a joint subcommittee, every person who was a member of either the Business Law or Civil Litigation Sections was entitled to join the OBA Joint Subcommittee on Franchising.  However, as a new stand alone section, if you wish to continue to be a member you must join the OBA Franchise Law Section separately.
