Environmental Law
This is an essential Section for networking within the environmental law, business and regulatory communities. If you deal with clients in manufacturing, real estate, development, waste management, lending, the municipal arena, and the many other sectors affected by environmental legislation, there's timely information and contacts to enhance your practice.
The Environmental Law Section plays a key role in advising governments on proposed reforms and has a regular dialogue with Ministry of Environment representatives. Section sub-committees are highly active and work on a variety of innovative initiatives. For direct input, members are welcome to contact any member of the Section executive.
