An articling experience at Williams, McEnery will be enjoyable and challenging. Unlike the large law firms, Williams, McEnery offers no rotation for the student's articles. Rather, the student partakes in all areas of the lawyers' practices. The student is responsible for his or her own files as well as assisting the lawyers in the preparation and presentation of their files. This includes interviewing witnesses, attending and assisting in examinations for discovery, motions, trials and submissions to Judges.
