It’s time to modernize Ontario courts

The Ontario Bar Association wants to see modern-day advancements in Ontario courts.

Why?

  • To save time
  • To save money
  • To use the technology available to us
  • To increase safety & security
  • To be overall more efficient
  • To make access to justice easier for everyone

By bringing popular technology into Ontario’s courts, we can increase the efficiency of Ontario’s legal system to benefit taxpayers and thousands of individuals and businesses involved in legal proceedings

  • 2. Support a Common List of Authorities at the Court of Appeal
  • 3. Remove Service by Fax
