The Government and Stakeholder Relations department works with members, governments and stakeholders to advance OBA's positions and to advocate on behalf of members by creating and implementing government relations strategies.
Services:
- Strategic advice and counsel to Executive, Table Officers and Council and assists them in achieving their objectives
- Liaison with government and stakeholders and nurture relationships, assist and organize section appearances before government standing committees
- Committee support and counsel to Public Affairs Committee, Submissions Committees and 8-10 standing and special committees
