JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our client's law firm in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on various litigation matters, Commercial and Civil.
This position will oversee the Litigation Team.
REQUIREMENTS:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

Minimum of 10+ years experience in Litigation law.

A Book of Business is considered an asset.

Strong understanding of federal and provincial Litigation legislation.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Management and oversight experience is considered an asset.
